Jupiter Home & Pet Concierge
Welcome to Jupiter Home & Pet Concierge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Jupiter Home & Pet Concierge offers home watch, pet sitting, pet care, and related concierge services within Jupiter, Tequesta, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate home access information (keys, codes, gate access).
- Disclose any home security systems, alarms, or special instructions.
- Inform us of any aggressive, anxious, or special-needs pets.
- Ensure pets are up-to-date on vaccinations when applicable.
- Maintain safe home conditions for staff (lighting, walkways, animals, hazards).
- Provide emergency contacts and veterinary information.
Failure to provide necessary information may result in canceled or limited service.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Home Watch:
Visits must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pet Sitting / Drop-in Visits:
Holiday and peak-season bookings may require a deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial or full charge depending on the length of service booked.
We do not guarantee last-minute or same-day requests but will accommodate when possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cashless payments such as Zelle, Venmo, or card payments.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused services.
5. Home Access & Security
Clients must provide secure access (keys, fobs, codes).
If we cannot access the home due to incorrect information, the visit will be considered completed, and charges may apply.
We will lock doors, set alarms, and secure the home as instructed.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing issues, faulty locks, malfunctioning alarms, or security system errors.
6. Pet Health & Safety
We prioritize the safety of your pets and home. Clients acknowledge:
- All pets must be safe for caretaker interaction.
- We may refuse service for animals who exhibit dangerous behavior.
- In case of emergency, we will contact the owner first.
- If the owner cannot be reached, we may contact the listed veterinarian or an emergency vet.
- Owners are responsible for all related veterinary costs.
We are not liable for illnesses, injuries, or deaths resulting from pre-existing conditions, age-related issues, or unforeseeable incidents.
7. Home Care & Liability
We will make every reasonable effort to follow client instructions and maintain the safety of the home. However, we are not responsible for:
- Storm damage, flooding, electrical failures, roof leaks, or structural issues.
- Break-ins, vandalism, or property damage caused by third parties.
- Pre-existing home problems (plumbing issues, appliances failing, pest infestations, etc.).
- Damage caused by pets.
We carry liability insurance, but coverage applies only to incidents directly caused by our actions or negligence.
8. Photos, Updates & Communication
We may send photos or updates during visits.
We will never publicly share images of your home or pets without permission.
All communication will be through the contact information clients provide.
9. Weather & Emergency Policy
If severe weather, hurricanes, or unsafe conditions occur, services may be delayed or modified.
Home Watch check-ins may be limited during active storm conditions.
We do not stay in homes during hurricanes or life-threatening weather events.
10. Privacy Policy
All client information, including keys, alarm codes, and personal details, is kept confidential.
We do not sell or share client information.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
